Big Sky Interpreting Conference Silent Weekend

  • Silent Weekend Bozeman

Join us for a weekend of voices off and hands up! Silent Weekend is a great immersion opportunity for interpreters and community members joined by the Deaf community. Prior knowledge of Sign Language is not required, but a commitment to no talking is a must.

There will be hands-on experience and workshops with CEU opportunities. Break-out sessions are specialized for Deaf individuals, community members, and interpreters. Interpreter workshop topics include interpreting in education and business practices for independent contractors.

We want you see you there and hope that the cost of registration doesn't hinder you, therefore, we have scholarships available. Please contact Trish Smith at president@montanarid.org for more information.
